Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisins I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style Focuses on people and social aspects, Considers the well-being of others, Acquires information by listening and interacting with others, Evaluates information by using feelings and instincts, Has a low tolerance for uncertainty. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as Too concerened about others, Wishy-Wishy, Cant say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for Well-designed, people orinted collegial settings.

Your Design mind (right brain) attends to the melody of life, whereas your sign mind (left brain) attends to the notes that compose the melodies. And here is the key to natural writting: the melodies must come first - Gabriele Lusser Rico

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.
