Lime is a favorite of mine. In fact, I like it as much - if not more than - lemon. It makes a great partner to lemon, and I use it daily in my water to enhance flavor.
Other tips:
It adds great flavor to guacamole, salsa and vanilla trim shakes just to name a few.
Put some Lime on a cotton pad and use to help remove grease spots and sticker residue.
Add 1 drop to your facial cleanser or shampoo for added cleansing properties.

How? Use the Protective Blend. Everyday. And if you are like many, you'll add Frankincense to that protective blend to improve immune support and effectiveness. A couple of drops on the bottom of everyone's feet.
And if an invader does take hold...add melaleuca, oregano and lemon to these two oils. The five combined will put power in your kick.
The protective blend is just incredibly supportive. Don't go without! If there is any oil I like to stock up on - this is it. Only problem is - I go through it too fast to actually stock up. It's in my cart every month.

Just Breathe
One of my major goals for 2016 is to practice mindful meditation for at least five minutes every day. Why? It's great for emotion regulation and for grounding. Consistent practice can help rewrite patterns in how you respond to life. Yep. Really. It's also been hailed as a daily habit of highly successful and happy people.
Meditation and oils go hand in hand. I love to grab some oils to enhance the experience. Anything goes. Any mood oil is fab. For me, peace blend is a favorite as is the respiratory blend. Why? Meditation is about being present and focusing on the moment and the most basic way to do that is to focus on the breath. Find a quiet spot. Breathe in your favorite oil and then Just focus on your breath and what you feel in that moment. Stop and be still for a few minutes each day.
Effective Usage
One of my best tips - Be consistent with application. Just a couple drops or swipes every few hours is great. But be consistent. If the seasonal yuck invades your home, don't put oils on once and think you're done. They work best when used a little at a time, repeatedly. Find a couple of places around the home where you can leave them out so you can remember to use them at least a few times throughout the day. I say at least at breakfast, lunch and dinner as an easy rule of thumb. Or, at wake up, lunch or after school and before bed. If you are consistent with application when you need it, you'll get results. And if you feel the invasion coming on, don't delay. Pull out your oils immediately and put a stop to it.
