Dual Credit Enrollment for 2022-2023
Dual Credit enrollment is open! If you plan to enroll in a dual credit course for next year, and this will be your first time taking a dual credit class, you will need to create and submit an Apply Texas application via goApplyTexas.org. If you are currently enrolled in a Dual Credit course, you do NOT need to submit a new application. However, if you skipped a year, a new application will need to be submitted.
The deadline to submit the Apply Texas application is Friday, February 25. 2022. Please carefully review the timeline with the deadlines for each step. If you do not complete each step by the deadline, you will not be eligible for dual credit enrollment.

LLS--Team More Than Someday is Today
Co-Candidates Ayumi Vazquez (11th) & Xander Garza (11th) are leading Team More Than 4 in the 2022 Student of the Year Campaign with their team members Isabella Malo (12th), Camille Aljibe (11th), Niah Badillo (11th), Krishna Gurung (11th), Gisela Guerrero (11th), Ana Malo (11th), Sanjana Sathish (11th), Baala Shakya (10th), and Gunner Harpole (9th.) The Students of the Year Campaign is a 7 week fundraising competition that raises funds and awareness for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Their team, Team More Than 4, was created to raise awareness for pediatric cancer. Currently less than 4% of the federal budget for cancer research is dedicated to childhood cancer and in the past 40 years only 4 blood cancer drugs have been created & designed specifically for children. LLS plays a huge role in raising these numbers through their children's initiative.
LLS--Team of Tomorrow
Students of Health Careers High School, all from the Class of 2023, are putting on a campaign representing the Team of Tomorrow. The campaign starts January 14 - March 5 (All funds will go towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society)
Today, 1.2 million Americans are fighting or are in remission from blood cancers and every 3 minutes, another person unwillingly joins the fight. We have been given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the battle and help those living with blood cancers. #FightTodayCureTomorrow
We are excited to help raise awareness for blood cancers. Join us on our journey to help fund research and make a difference among the LLS community for a better tomorrow!
