Parent Needs Assessment
During our Fall Open House on Monday, September 9, 2019, our Mustang Counseling Team met with parents in an effort to inform them about the value of their input in the development of our campus guidance curriculum. In coordination with our campus librarian, Mrs. Garza-Danweber, the library was made available for parents to complete and submit the Parent Needs Assessment. The results from this input will be used in the development of guidance lessons throughout the school year. A huge thank you to our amazing parents for their valuable input!
We continue to welcome input from our parents via the link below -

October Pillar of Character - Respect
The Mustang MJRs will lead our campus in the awareness of the value of respect in our lives.
Treat others with respect and follow the Golden Rule ~ Be tolerant and accepting of differences ~ Be considerate of the feelings of others ~ Don’t threaten, hit or hurt anyone ~ Deal peacefully with anger, insults and disagreements
Guidance Lesson of the Month
Bullying/Suicide Awareness
1 out of 5 kids are bullied. Some kids are so tormented that sucide has become an alternative for them. However, most suicides are not just a result of bullying – there are usually other factors. Suicide is not inevitable for anyone. By starting the conversation, providing support, and directing help to those who need it, we can prevent suicides and save lives.
