We travelled our own journey as we changed habits from unhealthy to healthy. We're amazed at what we've learned over the past few years about nutrition and well being.
This is the first of a series of discussions about topics related to feeling better. Low energy, weight concerns, and general well being are the goals of the group.
First up: toxins. We are surrounded by thousands of chemicals that overload our body's natural capacity to cleanse itself. We'll discuss how real this threat is and what you can do about it.
