SHISD Mid-Week Message
Weekly Superintendent's Message for Spring Hill ISD
Panther Family,
Today is my last day and last Mid-Week for this great district. I could not have asked for a better place to work and live for the last four years than this community. The phrase Better in Blue is more than just a slogan. I truly believe that all of us are better for the time we spend in service to Spring Hill ISD.
I would like to thank the board of trustees for their support and time spent in service to the staff and students of Spring Hill ISD. This school district has a tremendous board who is very supportive of this district.
I would also like to thank the district leadership team. Spring Hill has some of the most dedicated and hardworking principals and directors I have ever been around. They get to lead a great staff and teachers that are unified in service to our students and we treat everyone like family.
I hope you all have a chance to meet the interim superintendent, Mr. Rod Townsend. He has fit right in and is already doing great things for the district. You will all be in good hands.
My challenge to each of you is to take what was started over the last four years and make it better. Work hard to fulfill our mission of fulfilling our student's potential and continue to make Spring Hill ISD THE Premier school district in Texas. I look forward to hearing about the many successes that Spring Hill will accomplish in the future.
On behalf of my family and myself thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only the support you have given us, but for the hard work, dedication, service, and love you provide to our students.
With Great Pride, I say farewell and I hope our paths cross again sometime.
