Clark School District Week of September 13th - 19th

Homecoming Wrap Up and Moving Into Fall

As we are finishing up Homecoming Week activities for the Clark School District, we look forward to the upcoming weeks and all that fall has to bring. Picture day will be on Tuesday, September 14th. There is a link below where you can also order pictures online. Order forms are also available in the main office. Next Friday, September 17th, there will be no school for our students. Our teachers will be learning about MAP testing, a district-wide assessment tool that allows teachers to get immediate results and show what students know and what they are ready to learn. This will be a tool we will use in winter and the spring as well to measure student growth in core content areas. We look forward to training our staff on this tool and having data available that will help us better drive instruction for our students. With Homecoming finishing up, we are looking forward to a regular schedule and established routines. As we wrap up a busy week, we have been in awe of the participation from our stakeholders. Parents, teachers, businesses, board members, students and all community stakeholders make the Clark School District a pretty amazing place to be. Thank you for continually giving back to our kids. It is the best investment we can make.
