Intolerable Acts
Intolerable Acts of 1770
Intolerable Acts- An attempt to subjugate Massachusetts.
Administration of Justice Act- an act for the impartial administration of justice in the cases of persons questioned for any acts done by them in the execution of the law.
Massachusetts Government Act- an act for the better regulating the government of the province of the Massachusetts' Bay.
Quartering Act of 1774- similar to the Quartering Act of 1765 which was an act for punishing mutiny and desertion, and for the better payment of the army and their quarters.
Quebec Act- an act for making effectual Provision for the Government of the Province of Quebec.
What Caused the Acts?
Also the disobedience of Americans caused the Intolerable Acts.
