Write RI Summer Contest! Apply by June 30th! For more information, stop by the Library and see Dr. Costa

Write Where You Are is collecting stories, written and recorded, from RI students in grades 7-12.

Here is a prompt from WriteRI

Tip #1

Introduce us to your place or take us on a walk through your neighborhood. You might choose to walk, ride a bike, skateboard, take a bus or use a car. Tell us how to get there and what we might find when we do. Do you talk to anyone? Let us hear their voices. We want to hear, smell and see what you experience.

Submissions need to WriteRI by Thursday, June 30th. Guidelines and submission information can be found here. Students can record their stories at home (click here for recording tips).
