Powerful Parents in Motion is a program that organizes women in the local community in order to encourage empowerment and leadership through skill development opportunities. The goal of the program is to provide a space for women to express certain needs and have them addressed by organizing workshops and events.

Please join us at The Arts Center of the Capital Region to experience an exclusive exhibit from Greg Skochko, titled "Air, Fat. Sugar & CO2." This group of unique sculptures function as fantastic mechanical objects, fused with plausible scenarios and characters. The interactive and playful art show will be on display from September 12 through October 10 at The Arts Center in Troy. Clairvoyance II: Art of the Visually Impaired Exhibit at The Arts Center of the Capital Region

Please join us at The Arts Center of the Capital Region to experience an extraordinary group of work curated by The Strand Center of the Arts. Works were collected from members of the Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany Blind Artist Society, Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and the North Country Association for the Visually Impaired, Inc. This art exhibit, called Clairvoyance II, is an amazing representation that visual impairment doesn't interfere with creativity and determination.
