RIO UPDATE
May 3, 2021~~ Rio Norte JHS
Parent and Student Information
Good Morning River Hawks!
Thank you for your flexibility with our closed campus on Thursday last week. We were disappointed we were not able to see our B cohort students, but we are thankful no homes were lost.
Students will not complete the state CAASPP assessments this year, but they will complete an iReady assessment in English and Math classes in May. This assessment will give teachers valuable information to determine strengths and growth areas moving into the next school year.
Tomorrow is Teacher Appreciation Day! ♥
T~ Thank you, teachers for the many ways you invest in our River Hawk students!
E~ Every lesson you prepare and every assessment you give brings students closer to their dreams.
A~ Always remember that you are appreciated for your commitment and dedication to each student!
C~ Caring words and inspirational lessons positively change the course of a student's life!
H~ Hear the chorus of thankfulness, gratitude and appreciation for a job well done!
We appreciate our Rio Norte Teachers and families and we are grateful for your continued support!
Thank you,
Audrey Asplund
Principal
