From Parker Student Ambassadors
Hello Parker Families,
The Parker Student Ambassadors have organized a Kentucky Derby themed fundraiser to help support families in Kentucky devastated by the recent tornadoes that destroyed their homes, schools, and towns.
We will be collecting donations for the week during homeroom, beginning on Monday, January 10th. Students may donate once or every day.
On Friday January 14th, we will celebrate the generosity of our school community with a Kentucky Derby Hat Day. Students may wear any school appropriate hat. All proceeds from our fundraiser will be donated to the Kentucky Governor’s Fund. See the attachment below for more details.
After School Clubs/Activities
Our after-school clubs and activities have started. The Activity Card fee is $50 per student. Cash or check made payable to Chelmsford Public Schools should be turned into your child's homeroom teacher along with a completed Non-School Health Directive. The activity card allows students to take full advantage of any clubs they wish to attend. The after-school activities run from 2:40-3:40 on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday throughout the year. The list of activities are posted outside of the office daily. Students also have the option of taking a late bus home. The routes are posted in the school and will not be posted publicly. We will work with students and the drivers to be sure kids take the correct bus home. Since we only have 3 late buses, the stops tend to be more spread out than the “regular” bus runs. After activities, students who are not taking a bus will exit the school into the Crooked Spring Road lot and can be picked up there. Please see the attachments below for details and descriptions
