Who Am I?

My name is Sidak Buttar. I am 15 years old and I attend Louise Arbour Secondary School. I am a very “sporty” person. I love sports. From Basketball to Cricket, I watch sports every day and every night. I also play a lot of video games. I approximately play around 4-5 hours a day. That is not very good for me, but I also go out every day. Going out every day allows me to get my daily exercise. I usually do my homework just before I go to bed. I enroll in a lot of activities outside of school, such as, coaching a soccer team, playing for a soccer team, playing for a cricket team and volunteering whenever I have the time. I love learning new things and I love to win.

My Life Line

My Favorite Things

My three favourite things are playing sports, playing video games and learning new things. I like playing sports because as a kid, that is all I did. I started off playing soccer at the age of 5 and I fell in love with the sport. My dad used to play cricket for a club, so watching him play made me fall in love with cricket as well. I like playing video games because it is a great source of fun and you can bond with your friends by playing it. It also helps me get over stuff that bothers me and playing video games is something I am very good at. I play a lot of FIFA 16 because I am a huge soccer fan. I also love learning new things because I love to explore new things. I love learning about new stuff because it increases my knowledge about a lot of things.

My Leadership Style

I would consider myself a leader as a joiner. I see myself as a team member, never a lone wolf. I always follow the overall desire of the team. I also always step down as a leader.

My Influences

My main influence would be my mom. Through thick and thin, my mom has always been very supportive of me and whenever I have needed help, she has helped me. I learned a lot of things from her. I learned how to be a good person, discipline and how to take initiative. If it was not for my mom, I wouldn’t be who I am today.

Role Model

My role model would be my dad. Although he passed away in 2008. He will always be the person I look up to. He is the one who introduced me to my favourite thing, sports. Because of him, I started to play soccer and cricket. He was always loved by everyone and he was a good person and I want to be just like him when I grow up.

My Future

I want to become a neurologist. I want to be a neurologist because I love science. I may not be the best in it, but I want to pursue a career in neurology.
