Hi BGS Families,

Welcome to all of our new and returning BGS Bears and their families! We hope you've been enjoying the summer. It's hard to believe we're almost ready to head back to school. Before we jump back into the school year and our regular publications of Friday Features, we have a few important tidbits to share below.

Open House & Kona Ice

As you may have seen in Mrs. Binford's August Gardens' Greetings, there will be a School Wide Open House on Wednesday, Sept. 5 from 2-3 PM.

Be sure to bring a few bucks with you so you can enjoy some Kona Ice after you visit your class room. Our PTO has arranged to have a Kona Ice truck join us from 2:30 - 4, so meet your teacher, grab a treat, then hang out on the playground to catch up with your friends. Our friends at Kona Ice will be donating 20% of the sales back to our school!

Help Welcome Our Teachers Back to School

Though we don't start school until Sept. 6th, our teachers are already heading back to get their classrooms ready for our Bears. We'll be welcoming them back to school with a catered Welcome Back luncheon on Wednesday, Sept. 5.

We could use your help! We've arranged the main course, but could use a little help with a few snacks, desserts, set-up and clean-up.

Cub Scout Pack 99 School Year Kick-Off

Friday, Sept. 7 @ 7 pm - Milltown School

Cub Scout Pack 99 invites all children from the Bradley Gardens and Milltown area in grades K-5 to come out and learn about our Pack. Each year our Pack does a wide variety of activities like camping, museum trips, sports, games, community service projects, hiking, science experiments, and Scout crafts.
