Supply lists

As many of us prepare for in person learning, each grade level has prepared a list of some essential items that may be needed in class. These items will not be shared and teachers may not have items readily available to hand out.

Parent Teacher Conferences - CHANGE

Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Tuesday, December 1and Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 3:30 – 7:30 pm. I am not sure if these will be in person or virtual, but I am thinking virtual. It's 2020 we never know :).

More to come as those dates draw near.

Safe for School hotline

Below is information that gives you access to healthcare professionals that can help answer questions about COVID 19 symptoms, the need for testing, and what is considered high risk. This would be a first contact if you are wondering if you should send your child to school. We would love to be able to help you make a decision but we are trained medical professionals :).

Clear To Go

CLEAR TO GO

When in-person learning begins, families will be asked to complete the Clear To Go app each day at home, prior to arriving at school. Students riding the bus must show the Clear To Go app before boarding each day.

On the page linked here, there are images of the screening process, links to download the app on an iPhone or Android device, frequently asked questions, as well as images on how to connect a student’s device.

The health self-screener confirms that the student does not have COVID-19 symptoms and has not been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual in the previous 14 days.

The app will allow families to enter the appropriate email address (student or parent) and connect with the system each day prior to arrival.

Upon receiving an email from Clear To Go, parents are asked to enter the system and choose the email preference for their student’s profile.

Please try the app prior to October 23 so that if you have issues with the app, we can assist before the first day of in-person learning.

Contact Mr. Larsen at jason.larsen@lok12.org if you need assistance.
