All about the Rainforest Biome

The Tropical Rainforest biome is teeming with all kinds of life. With 250 cm. of rain a year plants and animals thrive there. The weather is summer-like year round, with hot and humid days. These biomes are located in the more humid and warm areas, near the equator. Some Tropical Rainforests are located in Africa, Madagascar, India, and much more.

Animals and Plants

There is a great variety of life in the Tropical Rainforest. Some plants are Bengal Bamboo, Curare, Coconut Tree, Durian, Jambu, and much more. Some animals would be Bengal Tiger, Chimpanzee, Dawn Bat, Harpy Eagle, Orangutan, and much more.
