1/2 Day Information (Wednesday, November 24th)

On Wednesday, November 24th, students will be staying in their Discovery class all day, they also WILL have access to breakfast in the morning but there will be NO LUNCH served on this day as school ends at 11:30 am.

Beaver/Duck Dress-Up Day

On Wednesday, November 24th, students are encouraged to come to school dressed in their favorite Beaver or Duck team gear. This is in support of the rivalry game that will be taking place between the Ducks and Beavers this weekend!

Students NEED to Bring Their Own Mask to School

It is important that students supply their own masks for school each day. Like all school supplies, if your family is unable to provide a mask please let the office know so that we can assist you. Otherwise, we'll expect students to come to school prepared for the day with a mask from home.

TJHS Winter Clothing Drive

Brrrr.. can you feel the chill in the air?! We can here at TJHS and it's time for our annual Winter Clothing Drive! We will be taking donations here at the Family Resource Center from November 10th - December 10th. Please help and share the warmth by donating winter clothes! We are only taking newly purchased items, Waterproof Coats & Boots are preferred! One coat can make the biggest difference, please help by donating!

Parent Volunteers Needed!!!

TJHS is looking for 2-3 parent volunteers who would like to be part of the Language Arts curriculum adoption process. If interested, please complete the survey here prior to Thanksgiving, and/or reach out to Dave Wallace at if you have any questions.

Boys Basketball Practice Information

  • On Wednesday, November 24th, 7th grade Boys Basketball A & B teams will practice from 12-2 pm.
  • On Wednesday, November 24th, 8th grade Boys Basketball A & B teams will NOT be having practice.

There has been a recent change made by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regarding the quarantine guidance plan set in place with TSD9 staff and students. To read the TSD9 letter that includes this information, click the picture provided!

TJHS Food Pantry and Closure Dates

The following dates, the Food Pantry will NOT be open:

Thursday, Nov. 25th - Thanksgiving Holiday

Thursday, Dec. 23rd - Winter Holiday

Thursday, Dec. 30th - Winter Holiday

*Look for more information regarding the Drive-thru Food Pantry on the 17th of December at THS.
