Thoughts for the week:
Greetings,
What a wonderful weekend! Evan is home from IU and today we drove out to visit my parents in Parke County. My heart is full and I'm even more excited for the upcoming holiday season! I hope the PTO Apple Bar on Tuesday encourages all of you to take a minute to slow down and be thankful for each other. What we do is so important, but the team we do it with is even more important!
Have you seen the new bulletin boards? We have no system in place, so feel free to take one if you're feeling creative or have some student work to display.
The Wednesday we return will be a PD Day instead of a PLC. We will meet at the WOELC that morning. Teachers, be sure you read the Intro and Ch. 1 of Hacking School Discipline in preparation for the meeting.
We have three open special education assistant positions open. I share this because depending on sub coverage, we may need to start pulling from our Intervention and T1 staff.
I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the five-day weekend!
Thankful to work with all of you!

Educlimber Idea
I heard you and I'm really trying to do better at keeping up with Educlimber. Krista Fay showed me how to make them "pop" and it's helping. A quick call or visit if it's imperative behavior is addressed same day is helpful too.
Gratitude
Show your gratitude by leaving a Post-it or note for a colleague. Or go out of your way to say hello to someone you haven't seen for awhile. It's a great week to be Thankful!
Dates to Remember:
Monday: Great Day!
Tuesday: PTO Apple Bar
