Definition of Satire

Satire is the use of humor or ridicule to mock or make fun of usually politicians with fictional character that take the place of there human counterparts. You can find it in shows such as The Simpsons, Saturday Night Live and The daily show. All of those shows have good examples of satire and if you watch and understand it can sometimes be very cruel type of comedy.

In the cartoon it is illustrating Obama addressing the U.S. that ISIS is NOT a threat. On the other side you have ISIS leader addressing the world that they wont stop until the U.S. is destroyed and is mocking Obama because he doesn't really have the group under control.
