Face-to-Face Learners - Attendance

If your student is experiencing COVID related symptoms or has possibly been exposed and you want to take precautionary measures by keeping them at home, please notify the school.

You may email Ashley Odom at from the parent email that is connected to your Parent Portal. The school must be notified on or before 9:00 AM on the morning of the absence in order for your student to be considered a Remote-Learner for the day. If the student makes progress in their classes through Canvas that day, they will remain coded as a Remote-Learner.

Don't Forget...

As stated in the Return to Learning Plan, no parents/visitors will be allowed during lunch; all lunches must be brought by the student or purchased from the cafeteria. No food can be delivered during the day. If your student forgets their lunch they can purchase one from the cafeteria. If you have any questions concerning this protocol please contact me. Thank you for understanding and adhering to this health and safety protocol.
