Greetings Eagle Warrior Familia,

1. Monday, September 13 thru Friday, September 17, 2021, is week #6 of 6 weeks of Grading Period #1. GP1 ends Friday, September 17, 2021. This is a great opportunity to speak with your teachers during class time or after school about incomplete assignments.

2. Extremely important: Parents, please keep your child home if they are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms. If you are unsure, please call the school at 408-729-2281and speak with any one of my team members prior to dropping your child off at school or you can speak with Mr. Rios at the front of the school before dropping your child off. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

3. LCPA is currently looking for PEER Tutors. If you are interested in serving as a PEER TUTOR for Community Service Hours, please contact our Coordinator of Student Advocacy Ms. Lindsey Perez at Lperez@sjlcpa.org

4. Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 23, 2021 More information to come in the following weeks.

5. Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm Google Meeting Link Click Here Parents. if you have any questions regarding our COVID protocols or available resources, our Community Engagement Team will have Office Hours every Tuesday. Please use the link above for direct access.

San Jose City College is hosting its Centennial Celebration Saturday, September 18, 2021. They are inviting K-12 school staff, students, and families to join us for a day full of fun activities. We will be having a resource fair, food trucks, live entertainment, and campus tours. Several of their SJCC faculty, staff, and administrators will be available to answer questions on admissions, program requirements, and general questions.


Let them know if you have a group of students/families interested in attending. They can provide FREE LUNCH (from one of the food trucks) if they RSVP
