Busing
Buses will begin on Wednesday, September 2nd.
**** Please view our SMART RESTART PLAN to see more on how we will bus our students at each COVID-19 risk level as bus routes and procedures will change at each level.
All rural bus drivers will be calling families on their route prior to the first day of school. Please remember to inform the school if your child will not be riding.
Bus safety is always a top priority. Please read our bus regulations and policies to help know the rules and talk to your children at home to help keep everyone safe. Thank you!
After School Program
We still have several spots available for our After-School Program. Please click HERE to register! The After-School Program will run Monday through Friday 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm on scheduled school days. Early outs (ex. Parent/Teacher Conference Night) and early dismissals (Weather Related) the After-School Program will NOT be available.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19 mandates, the After-School Program will have the following risk level impacts.
Green - Open as normal
Yellow - No After-School Care on Wednesdays
Orange - No After-School Care
Red - No After-School Care
We will be accepting Kindergarten through fourth-grade students into the After-School Program based on availability. The cost per day will include an afternoon snack. A monthly fee will be due by the 10th of each month. A $10 non-refundable registration fee will be due with the first month’s payment.
Cost is $10 per day per student. Students will be billed monthly in nine equal payments of $195.
Billing and Late Payment Fees
If a payment is past due a notification will be sent. Payments are due by the 10th of each month, starting in September. If a payment is not made by the 15th of each month, a $15.00 per month late fee may be assessed.
If a family has two consecutive months of late payments, a meeting will be scheduled with the business office. Payments that are late on a continual basis may result in the family making different arrangements for their child at the request of administration.
Late Pick Up Fees
If students are not picked up by 5:30 p.m. a late fee will be charged for each 5 minutes they are late. (Ex. 1-5 minutes late = $5, 6-10 minutes late = $10, etc.)
Each late fee will be added to the monthly billing statement and will be due on the 10th of each month.
ONLINE ABSENCE FORM
It is important that we know in advance if your child will be absent for any reason. We cannot let your student out of class unless the office has been notified first. Notifying the teacher is acceptable but the first step is to let the office know so we can issue a slip for them to be excused from class.
