1. On 8/31/21 G-C updated our exclusion protocols for students who have been in close contact with those who are COVID positive. You will find the letter below in our flyer section or you can view it on our GCCSC website.

6. Mark your calendars . . . . A GCJHS Google Calendar has been created with school specific dates (ex. Vacations, Picture Days, End of Quarter, etc.) This calendar has been added to the opening screen of our website too. Click here to access it and add it to your existing calendar.

Upcoming Dates . . .
September 14th = We will be running hearing screenings for ALL 7th graders and 8th graders NEW to GC.
Friday, September 17 = School pictures, and fall sports pictures. Specific ordering information will be sent home prior to the date.

7. PowerSchool App- Get up-to-date grades for your child, missing or incomplete assignments, attendance and school announcements. Search for “PowerSchool Mobile” in your App Store. Once you download the app, you can search by school or type in school code 3125.

8. Mahatma Ghandi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." If students want to make a difference here at GCJHS, they should join us for the BTC Club, which stands for Be the Change. Our call-out meeting is on Monday, September 13 from 3:30 - 4:30 in the FACS room (D106). Everyone is welcome to come join us for snacks, planning, and making a difference! See you there!
