Most Significant goddess in Greek Mythology
In James M. Hunt’s “The Olympians”, Zeus is the most significant goddess in Greek Mythology that influence an image that is powerful and determined.
When Zeus was born, his father Cronus was going to swallow him as he had all of his sisters and brothers but Rhea his mom tend to hide him in a cage so Cronus would not swallow him. Then as Zeus got older he set free and Zeus caused Cronus to vomit up his siblings. And after that Zeus was fighting to take over his father spot as the God because his father was a bad person.
This shows that Zeus is determined to take over his father spot because of the bad things he has done, Zeus wants to take over and be the god. Cronus is not fit to be a god, that’s why Zeus is fighting for the spot. After all Cronus did swallow his kids. What if later on in the future he try to swallow people to get his way. So this is why Zeus is trying to be god.
