FPCS Tidbits
February 26, 2021
The 2021 FPCS Science Fair is in the books!
A HUGE thank you to all of our Sponsors, Staff, AK Homeschool Teachers, Volunteer Judges, Parents and Students for helping make this year's unconventional Science Fair a success! We had 18 FPCS students present their projects in our first ever Virtual Science Fair! Many, many thanks to Kristin Jackson, Shelby Theriault and Vickie Kern for interviewing students via Zoom. We also had 50 students share their projects in-person during their Science classes with our FPCS vendors at AK Homeschool at First Presbyterian. Happy Chronister, Rebecca McMahon, Therese Syren, and FPCS Student Gov. student Asa Utic joined us to interview students face to face.
The students worked very hard, were SO excited and just a tiny but nervous to share their projects with our judges. It would not have been possible without your support and encouragement! Thank you! Thank you!
I am continually impressed with how seamlessly our FPCS Community works together to creatively find ways to make events like this happen in light of the safety measures currently in place. We have a truly incredible FPCS Family!
