SCREENAGERS - COMING NEXT WEEK!
Registration Process for the Snowball Dance
- Beginning January 22, 2018 we will begin accepting registration and payment for the Snowball Dance. The deadline to register and order a ticket for the dance is February 7th. The Snowball Dance will take place on February 10th for 7pm to 10pm at Leonardtown High School. The cost for each ticket is $20. A student may buy a ticket for a guest or another student through the FamilyID site. Every student must register on FamilyID in order to attend the dance.
- We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration for school dances through FamilyID (www.familyid.com). FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to sign-up for school events, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
- Anyone who wishes to participate in The Snowball Dance must create a FamilyID account. Parents/Guardians must be part of the account/registration process. Families that already have a FamilyID account (anyone who tried out for a sport had to create an account) do not need to create a new account. But, you will still have to visit the link listed below and register for the dance via FamlyID. You may create a FamilyID account at any time, but you cannot register for the dance until after January 22nd.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link:
Follow these steps:
- To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
- Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
- Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner’s First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
Seniors:
At this time, any student that still needs to purchase a cap/gown/tassel unit can do so on our local website: www.allgradsmd.com. Students are still able to order announcements at www.jostens.com, we just can not guarantee that they will be the CUSTOM LEONARDTOWN announcement."

- A letter regarding AP Testing was sent home with students.
- This year we are using a new sign-up procedure.

From the Counselor's Office:
- If you attended the Tech Center Expo on February 18th but was unable to check out on a computer due to evacuating the building at 7pm, please contact Ms. Sanders in Guidance. Please bring your exit card you were given when you entered the expo to Ms. Sanders so she can see the programs you visited and the signatures you received. She will then provide this information to the Tech Center so that you receive credit for attending the expo.
- If you were unable to attend the Tech Center Expo, there will be a make-up day on February 6th during the school day. Ms. Sanders will take those students over to the Tech Center in the morning. In order for her to know if a student needs to attend this make up day you do one of the following:
- Still complete your application online through the Tech Center website and when it asks if you attended the Expo, select "no." Ms. Sanders will receive this list.
- Contact Ms. Sanders or your assigned counselor that you need to attend the make-up visit day. We will be keeping a list in Guidance of who needs to attend.
