I also will handle stress and anxiety in positive way because a healthy mind = a healthy body! XD
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future that "pain" by seeing pain as a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" it will tell me what to do and what not to do. It will tell me to make a change or see things differently. I will learn from my pain and, as a result, I will no longer expericne that pain and I will me a happier person.
