## Field Trip Permission Slips

I will be sending a permission slip home with all first graders tomorrow, Monday October 10th. This permission slip is for field trips planned for October, November and December. Please put a check mark by the field trip that your child is able to attend and send one check for the total of each trip combined. Checks should be made payable to GES. No cash please. In the memo, please write your child's name.

ALL permission slips should be returned to me for processing as soon as possible. Brag tags will be given to students who return the slip with payment before Friday!

We do need parent drivers for the field trip to Curry Farms on November 4th. Please indicate if you are able to drive and how many children may ride with you. If you are not able to attend the Curry Farms field trip, but you do want your child to attend, your child will be riding with another student and their family. Parents and siblings can pay admission at the gate the day of the field trip.

Thanks!
