Adult Transition Programs & Services
Overview
The Adult Transition Programs and Services (ATPS) group is the professional learning community (PLC) for the special education professionals who support adult students age 18-26. This community of transition professionals is the primary medium for development, implementation and evaluation of transition programs that result in meaningful preparation of students for living, learning and working on their way to successful integration into their local communities.
Dates and registration:
The following sessions will be held on the dates below:
October 28, 2020 8:30AM-3:30PM
November 19, 2020 8:30-3:30PM
March 11, 2021 8:30-3:30PM
Districts are asked to identify transition professionals to participate and to register them at the following link.SCECH credits will be available for those who wish to attend all three sessions. Payment for SCECH is due on 03/11/2021 at registration.
