Discovery Education Streaming
Get back to the basics of Discovery Education Streaming. The Discovery Education Streaming library offers more than 100,000 learning objects aligned to standards including video segments; images; and thousands of articles, songs and hard-to-find speeches. This session will begin with the basics and move through searches, the teacher center, and other curriculum integration resources and examples.
Keep Calm and LiveBinder On

With your LiveBinder, you can create a central hub full of resources on a topic that youchoose. Most everything that you can think of can be organized in your LiveBinder – links
to websites, videos, Flickr images, PDF/Microsoft Word documents, and QR codes are
just some examples of rich content for your LiveBinder. Not to mention, you can share!
Fun with Formative Assessments

In this workshop, participants will learn about Plickers, Socrative, and Kahoot as formative assessment tools. Get a quick snapshot of your student's understanding of the day's lesson or topic using one of these tools that helps to gather individual data in a quick setting.Blended & Flipped Learning with Edmodo
Edmodo is designed to get students excited about learning in a digital environment. On Edmodo, teachers can continue classroom discussions online, give polls to check for student understanding, and award badges to individual students based on performance or behavior allowing them to take learning outside of the classroom. Students can even submit assignments paperlessly via Edmodo.
Animoto: Video in the Classroom
Get interactive with your students and bring technology into your classroom with Animoto. Explore this web tool and learn how to integate video media into your lessons and inspire students.
Symbaloo
Symbaloo is a customizable start page tool that lets users add all their most important links in a format that is easy to use. The user can drag and drop items to organize them in a way that is convenient and practical. The items, or tiles, can be searched so users can find those that are most relevant to the items they are adding. News highlights and major news are also accessible through tabs on the Symbaloo homepage.
