The Eagle will resume its regular Monday schedule on Monday August 1, 2022. It will include Teacher Newsletters beginning on Monday, August 8, 2022.

This letter went out, Monday, July 18, 2022 with details about Back to School 2022-2023. There are lots of important details in this letter. Please make sure you take a look at it before returning to school in August.

All grades will be entering through the FRONT DOOR this year. This is for safety reasons. Please keep this in mind for drop off on the first day of school.

We are also REQUIRING placards with the students name and grade for pick up this year. Please make sure you put the placard you receive on back to school night in your front window. If you lose this placard please make your own. It needs to have the homeroom teacher and students first and last name. Color and material does not matter. This too is for safety reasons. Thank you for working with us on these two items.

Please make sure you complete the Parent Forms that were sent out by CCSD on July 1, 2022. CCA also sent out a reminder email on Monday, July 11, 2022, you can find that email here. These forms are mandatory for your student to return to school. Each year we ask parents to fill out the Chromebook Usage Agreement Form as we are a 1:1 Chromebook Laptop school. Your student will not be issued their Chromebook until this form is completed. Please take a moment to fill this out.

Used Uniform Sale is This Week CCA Families!

August 3, 2-6:30pm and August 4,11-7pm

Dennis Uniforms may be running low in certain sizes this year due to supply issues. We've been fortunate enough to receive many amazing donations in various sizes this year so come check us out to get stocked up for back to school!

Here are a few reminders/tips to help the Used Uniform Sale go as smoothly as possible.

1. The sale officially begins at 2:00 pm on Wednesday. The master calendar may show it starting earlier but that is to reserve the space for set up. Please don't show up earlier than 2:00 pm unless you'd like some volunteer hours to set up :).

2. We still need volunteers! DOUBLE HOURS if you sign up for the following shifts on Thursday: 1:00-3:00 pm, 3:00-5:00 pm and the last clean up shift from 7:00-8:00 pm!

3. Please come logged into RevTrak for credit card payments. It's easiest to log into RevTrak before you come downstairs to the sale. Otherwise you will need to log into the CCA Wifi in the basement as cellular data is spotty. Logging into RevTrak before going to the cash register is super helpful and makes the transaction go much quicker. There is a way to retrieve your password if you've forgotten it.

4. Please bring small bills if you are planning on paying in cash! We will have a limited amount of change. We also accept checks!

2022-23 Meal Service

1. Free summer meals for students 18 and under will be provided at 6 sites across the district June 6 – July 29. See below for locations and more information.
2. Meals will return to paid, reduced, or free. Please complete a meal application to benefit our program and the district with additional educational funding.
3. Meal applications and menus can be viewed at family.titank12.com – for assistance, please call Indira at 720-886-7172.
4. Students will need to have their scan card to purchase their meals.

Fall enrollment is open for Cherry Creek Academy! To enroll, please log into your parent dashboard, select enroll now, select 22.23 sy from the drop-down screen on the zip code page, select your location and complete the enrollment process.

Make sure to stop by Dennis Uniforms in Park Meadows to get any uniforms you might need on the first Monday of each month. They offer us 15% off when you let them know you are purchasing uniforms for Cherry Creek Academy.

New features and functionality have been added to further streamline the online shopping experience for parents. Look for new videos and tutorials for sizing and placing orders.

We are encouraging all families to set up a My Account on our website, which makes getting uniforms even easier. Families can access their school’s uniform webstore in just a click, get order status and tracking, view history and more. We’ve even connected our stores with our website so families can see their online and new in-store purchases in their online accounts!

Please help us by encouraging your families to shop early. Inventory is arriving daily and most items will be available this summer, but there are a very few specific delays that will be communicated directly to you by your account manager. Like other retailers, we are still experiencing global supply chain challenges, but our planning and production teams have worked nonstop the past year to get us to 90% in-stock by end of July. When your families order online, we have pre-order messaging clearly stated with estimated total production times; these messages automatically disappear when the items are in-stock. Emails are regularly sent out to families with any order updates. Communication is always a key part of our partnership with you and your families.

Our Stores and Customer Care Center are staffed and ready to assist your families. In stores and on the phones, we are extending operating hours and adding staff to assist your families through July and August.
