Field Trip Evaluations & CD Day Reminder - Mar 13
Dear Caregivers & Students,
School leaders across our nation and the world are watching and evaluating the possible impact of the coronavirus on daily school activities in their communities. Berkeley County Schools is also watching.
At this time, school sponsored trips outside of Berkeley County are being monitored daily to determine if an event should be rescheduled. If you have a concern about a scheduled school trip in which your student is participating, please contact your student's school. Because this is an ever-changing situation, please recognize that we are evaluating school trips occurring within a few days to a week at a time to determine a course of action if necessitated by current events.
We are monitoring and taking every precaution to keep our students and staff safe and able to fully participate in school activities and events. I want to thank our school administrators, students, parents, trip sponsors and our transportation department for reacting quickly and working together to make the best of a quickly changing environment.
