Financial Aid Information

On October 30th, Virginia High School hosted a Financial Aid Assistance night with the help of Victoria from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Please visit Illinois Student Assistance Commission's website for further information on what you should be doing NOW to prepare for college OR stop by Ms. Moon's office for some brochures which will help answer any questions you may have!

Upcoming Activities

November 6th- Elementary Ag Night 5:30pm-7:30pm

November 13th- Central Illinois Introduction to the Building Trades Apprenticeships and Careers Day.

November 28th
- Members from the Army will be assisting the 6th, 7th & 8th hour P.E. classes, as well as spending time in the cafeteria during the High school lunch hour.

About Ms. Moon

Hello! My name is Ms. Moon and I am the new Director of Student Services for the Virginia School District. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Springfield as well as a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois. I am a 2004 graduate of the Virginia School District and look forward to helping the current students plan for their futures as they enter either their work force, military or college careers!
