Return to Worksite - What are the Next Steps?
Thank you for completing your Return to Worksite Form! On that form, some of you indicated you have extenuating circumstances (childcare or personal disabilities) which may keep you from returning to the worksite.
As you know, in order to qualify for one of these options, additional information and documentation is required. THIS DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 14, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (You don't need to do anything if you are returning to the worksite every day.)
Need to apply for Emergency Paid Family and Medical Leave?
Complete the form titled "Emergency Paid Sick Leave and Emergency Paid Family and Medical Leave Request Form" on Frontline Central Forms.
Need to be considered for Remote Work due to a disability?
Complete the Request for ADA Accommodation(s) form on Front Line Central.
Tuition Pre-Approval Submission Window Starts October 15!
As you know, there have been a number of changes to the Tuition Pre-Approval and Reimbursement process for employees covered by the AGEA Agreement.
Applications for Winter/Spring (start date of 1/1 - 6/30) course pre-approvals will be accepted from October 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST through November 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST. No applications for Winter/Spring course reimbursement will be accepted after November 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Applications will only be accepted through Front Line Central Forms.
Do not submit your pre-approval form before October 15 at 4:00 p.m. If you do, it will be denied and you will then have to resubmit it later.

We realize these are challenging times for all. In order to support our employees and their families, we have added a mental health component to our SwiftMD program. If you are enrolled in our District’s medical plan, you and your family will have immediate access to this new service.

Access free, confidential counseling by phone or videoconference. Call 24/7 for an initial assessment and get three counseling sessions at no cost to you. Counselors have a master’s degree and at least ten years of experience.
