MSA Parent FAQ
The winter season will run from December 4 – March 2, below is a breakdown of the season:
· December 4-8: Tryouts begin
· December 16 – January 2: Winter Break no activity
· January 3: Resume tryouts (if needed), practice
· January 5: Final roster due
· January 13: Week 1 (2 games per day, per week)
· February 10: End of regular season
· February 24: Playoffs
· March 2: Championships
November Wellness Tip
Exercise.
During commercial breaks or between Netflix episodes, have a friendly competition to see who can do the most pushups, hold a plank the longest or do the most jumping jacks. Play is good for your family's health.
