Hello Bishop Woods Family!

Good evening parents. This is Ms. Crisci with your weekly updates.

The girls in 7th and 8th grades have an opportunity to try out for girls’ basketball. This is a district team and tryouts will be held on Monday, November 29th and Tuesday, November 30th @ East Rock School from 3:30-5:15. Transportation will not be provided. The students received a flyer. If parents have any questions, please contact Coach Knox 203 887 2936.

This month our students are touring the USA by region to celebrate Native American Heritage Month. As we tour the regions, we are going to honor the diversity of our first nation.

Reminder: when picking up your child, parents must come to the building to sign out the child. Children will not be able to leave the school to walk to the car.

Dates to Remember:

Wednesday, Nov. 24th is Early Dismissal and students leave at 12:50. Parents please be on time.
Thursday, Nov. 25th and Nov. 26th - No School in observance of Thanksgiving.

We are still looking for parents to complete the AUP so students can take home their Chromebooks. If anyone needs assistance, please reach out and we will be able to assist you.
