Kindergarten News!
What's happening this week in our classroom?
What's Happening in Ms. Rowell's Classroom?
We have some very exciting things coming up this week! We will be doing a lot of hands on arts and crafts projects. The children are very exited to paint and get messy! We will also be learning about the letter G. Last week's star students are on our newsletter. These students went above and beyond in the classroom. Of course all my students are stars, but this gives a little incentive for everyone to work hard and always do their best!
Arts and Crafts
On Monday and Wednesday this week we are learning about shapes and textures! We will be finger painting on Monday afternoon and painting with foods on Wednesday. Everyone is so excited to get messy and have lots of fun!
The Letter G!
This weeks alphabet letter is the letter G! On Tuesday we will be learning all about the letter G during our morning lesson. We will explore the safari boards in our hallways and find the Giraffe! After we find our friend Geoffrey the Giraffe, we will watch a video about the tallest animal known in the world and color the letter G to go into our alphabet book.
