Realizing that is not the case, Sottoriva has developed a complete line of semi or fully automated roll lines called "MINI LINE" So, if you need to make round rolls, flattened rolls, long rolls, or, stamped rolls (i.e.- Kaiser rolls, Rosette rolls, or Portuguese style rolls), then one of our MINI LINES may be the right size for you. We offer 1.0 to 5.5 ounce scaling and rounding, stamping up to 3.2 ounces (90gr). Hourly capacity starts at 2,200 pieces per hour, up to 3,500 pieces per hour. The LYRA Divider requires no "oil", and, there are four (4) different CELLA CL4 Proofers to choose from. Tools for stamping, seeding units (for poppy or sesame seed), and, panning machines are optional accessories.
