Attendance Office - 317-803-5655
Students that are leaving early will need to bring a note, signed by the guardian, to either the Attendance office or the FA office before school to get their pass to leave or be picked up.
You must leave a message on the attendance line regarding your students absence even if you spoke to a teacher, nurse, guidance counselor, etc.
Students are not released to someone "on the list" unless we get the approval from the Guardian for that specific instance.
If you have already given your student permission to leave ill, please call the attendance line and a pass will be sent for your student to leave. Do not send your student to the clinic if you have already told them they can leave or are being picked up sick.
