MORE IMPORTANT SUMMER INFORMATION
Students can find their Summer Assignments posted on our school website here. Incoming freshmen also have some summer assignments, so please check the above link for details.
If your child will be getting a driver’s permit or license this summer, he/she will need a proof of enrollment from the school. Click here to request proof of enrollment online.
We are currently organizing several service projects for which our students can earn Apostolic Hours, and we would love to work with more local organizations. Feel free to call Ms. Orgeron for more information or questions about serving our community.
If interested, have your student use their Google account to sign up for our current project - Playing bingo at Villa Maria - and scroll down to the “In the Community” section of Halo Notes for more opportunities to earn Apostolic Hours during the summer. We will keep a listing on our website as well.
Our Transitions program's "Gently Used Uniform Store" will be accepting donations and selling uniform items during the summer. Please see the front office during summer hours to shop or donate! Reminder that 2019 incoming freshmen are required to purchase St. Louis Catholic uniforms from Southern Drifter to comply with our new visual identity (more information in our visual identity packet here).
Finally, Halo Notes will not disappear in the summer - we will send a “lite” version twice in June before amping up communication again in July prior to the 2019-2020 school year.
God Bless,
Andrew R. Bradley, Principal

Gameday Program FAQs
The following information about our Gameday Program was emailed to parents of all current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and incoming freshmen on May 21:
You may now submit your ads for the 2019 Saints Gameday Program (previously known as the football program). Our approach will be different from previous years – students are not required to sell ads; instead, this program is a service to you – our St. Louis Catholic community, and the process to create your ad will be very streamlined. We are very excited to enhance our product with custom content for each game for the upcoming season – think 50th anniversary highlights, homecoming tributes, team features and more and they are all in full color! And that’s not all – we want to showcase all of our vibrant Saints athletics, so every team’s coach will arrange group photos on the afternoon of August 7, 2019, and every team that signs up for a group photo will be featured in the program! Student-athletes can take individual photos afterward to incorporate into pre-paid ads.
Click here to access the online form to submit your ad and pay by credit card. All ad submissions and additional photos must be received by Aug. 12, 2019, at 8 a.m. We will no longer be accepting checks.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Do you have samples of designs for the ad that we can choose from? This year each individual ad will be custom designed by our graphic artist. The ads will be proofed in-house by our team. The fee associated with the custom design is built in to the ad costs ($250 for full page, $175 for half page, $100 for quarter page).
- How many letters are we limited to on an ad, and what types of fonts do we have to choose from? 75 words maximum. The fonts will be chosen by our graphic artist who is custom designing each individual ad.
- Will the ad I purchase still be in each program? Yes.
- Will the senior football players still have first choice to purchase an ad to be placed on the front covers of the programs since we will no longer have game day sponsors? Yes, the seniors will be on the cover of the Senior Night program (Nov. 8). Every other program will feature a different cover (to be determined).
- Can I use the same ad as last year? No. Our graphic artist is custom designing ads for 2019.
We are looking forward to a completely redesigned gameday program that will feature stories and pictures of each of our teams! If you have any questions at all, please contact Communications Coordinator Rachel Jones at rjones@slchs.org or 337-494-0724.
