Be Kind
Coping Skills of the Week
It's important to try lots of different coping skills in order to find the ones that work best for you. Don't forget our coping skill from the last few weeks: to find one good thing that happens each day and write it down, talk to someone you trust, wrap up in blanket or pillow fort, picture the people you care about, and take a deep breath. The more coping skills we have to help us thru difficult times, the more resilient we will be.
