Pop Latino Music

Both of those styles of music influenced the rise of Latin Pop music, which maintained Latin rhythms in its uptempo numbers but relied on mainstream pop for its more melodic characteristics. Latin Pop music was influenced by artists and groups such as Las Triplets and Gloria Estefan, whose album showed the tropical rhythms from her parents' generation in Cuba.
