Carrie Chapman Catt
Carrie Chapman Catt was an American women's suffrage leader who campaigned of the nineteenth amendment. The nineteenth amendment gave women the right to vote in 1920. Catt was the president of the National American Women Suffrage Association. She was also the founder of the League of Women Voters and the International Alliance of Women.
