Cardiovascular Endurance
This picture shows a man being able to run, while his heart rate is getting higher. Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart to get oxygen to the muscles in your body.
Muscular Strength
Superman is using his muscular strength to break out of the chains. Muscular Strength is the amount of force that is produced by a single muscle.
Muscular Endurance
These men are using muscular entrance to continue paddling the canoe for an extended period of time. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle group to continue movement for a long period of time.
Flexibility
This woman is using the range of her joint movement to stretch her body backwards. Flexibility is the range of movement possible at various joints.
Body Composition
Both of these men are the same height, weight, and had the same BMI. But one is fit, and the other is not. body Composition is the percentage of body fat compared to lean body mass.
Speed
The flash is using his super speed to run fast. Speed is the ability to move from one point to another in a straight line.
Balance
These 2 small rocks are balancing onto of the bigger rock. Balance is the ability to keep an upright posture while moving or standing still.
Reaction time
These track runners use reaction time to get the fastest acceleration at the beginning of the race. Reaction Time is integration with hand or foot movements with an input of senses.
Power
These linebackers are using power to push the pads back as far as they can, and as quickly as they can. Power is the ability to do strength work at an explosive pace.
Coordination
The two football players must use coordination to step through the nets without tripping or falling. Coordination is the ability to use parts of your body smoothly and efficiently.
Agility
The man is using his agility to jump over the hurdle on the track. Agility is the ability of the body to change direction quickly.
