Fall Conference
Join us for the annual Fall Student Leadership Conference where we focus on the individual leader in you!

Student Center Room 200
Learn more about your leadership skills, strengths, values, beliefs, and emotions. Identify tools and resources that allow you to understand yourself, others and how to approach and respond in different leadership situations.
Registration starts at 9:30am followed by the keynote speaker at 10am, two 50-minute workshops and lunch (which is on us!).
Please note: Registration will close on the Wednesday prior to the event (Nov. 4, 2015). Students that register and fail to cancel by that day will not be eligible to apply for the LeaderShape Institute and will have hours deducted from their semester total.

Leadership Resource of the Week
Self-awareness is critical to leadership development. Read two Harvard Business articles below on the importance of self-awareness and how leaders can become self-aware.
"It lies at the root of strong character, giving us the ability to lead with a sense of purpose, authenticity, openness, and trust. It explains our successes and our failures. And by giving us a better understanding of who we are, self-awareness lets us better understand what we need most from other people, to complement our own deficiencies in leadership."
