Dear Parents / Carers,

I would like to start by saying a huge 'Well done!' to all of our Year 6 pupils this week. They have worked incredibly hard on their SATs with some really tricky papers and did so with perseverance, good humour and a quiet confidence. We are so proud of them, well done Year 6! Results come out to parents in July just before we break up for the summer.

Well done also to Year 2 who have been working hard on their special tests. Again, we are very proud of how they are persevering and rising to the challenge so far.

In other news this week, Year 4 had a fantastic day of Forest School at Bishop's Wood. They were 'ready, respectful and safe' and learnt lots of new skills as well as working well individually and as a team. Well done Year 4!

Thank you very much to the parents that complete the staff feedback form attached to this newsletter. Your lovely comments are shared with staff each week and are greatly appreciated.

There are lots of different events happening this term from class trips, to performances and leavers events so please ensure that you keep up with our newsletter and the Marvellous Me's that come from your child's class teacher.

Have a lovely weekend,

Karen Williams

Message from Head Pupils

This week, year six has been extremely busy with their SATs. They have done multiple maths and english tests to show off what they have learnt throughout their time in school. However, in the younger years it has been a quiet week full of hard work. Enjoy the weekend! See you next week!
