Since nutrition controls the amount of mass and energy we input, it can control our overall lifestyle. Eating bad food in large quantities will bulk up our own mass, but not eating enough could leave you weak and in need of energy. Without proper nutrition, exercise can be strenuous and damaging to the body since it does not have the necessary energy to complete these activities

Physical Activity- It won't help you all by itself

Heavy duty activities will change body composition the quickest, since our bodies will adapt to the stress. However, these activities also take high levels of energy to complete, and repair the stressed muscles.
