McNear Falcon Flyer

Keeping Us Connected with Campus and PTA News

Dear McNear Falcons,

How many years did we pack into one year? Or was Spring Break, Summer Break? This historic year has been fast and slow, busy and mellow. We are grateful for all that we have learned, for the ways we came together as a community and for the hope of a new year to come.

Our teachers have planned many fun activities for your students throughout the final school days that spark joy, provide some closure for their students, and begin to build some excitement for next year! Please continue to help us all stay safe with frequent hand washing, masking and distancing.

Petaluma City Schools will be back to full in-person instruction for 2021-22! Students will come back for the first day of school on August 17th. More information to come! Stay up-to-date by following PCS on social media or going to our district website at www.petalumacityschools.org.

Thank you again for your resilience, patience, compassion, and dedication this year.

Well wishes and gratitude,

Principal Eichert

Important G St. Entrance Guidelines

If you normally enter through the G St. Entrance, things have been tricky and are going to get even more so this last week of school. For this week, some options include using the Sunnyslope drive through and drop off. Parking on Sunnyslope and walking down G St.. Entering G St. off of Sunnyslope, dropping off along G St. but not parking or driving through the staff parking lot and dropping off at the circle for this week only. You will only be able to enter our section of G St. via Sunnyslope. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will all be happy for improved roads, maintained sewer systems and improved infrastructure.
