Brain picture :)
Even though I use both sides of my brain, i prefer to use the left side of my brain when making decisions. This means I prefer having control, structure, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking. Sometimes I need more expression, spontaneity, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, and artistry.
Decision making :)
When making decisions, I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are supportive, friendly, motivated by acceptance by peers and avoid conflict, sociable, and has a talent for building teams and encouraging others. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as too concerned about others, can't make hard decisions, and wishy - washy. The best organizational fit for my style of decision making is one that allows for well - designed, people oriented collegial settings.
My personality type :)
#1 Blue
My personality type is blue. That means that I am genuine, loyal, and a team player. When I communicate, I am personal, polite and mannerly, express emotion, and indirect. I get frustrated when people are negative, make conflict, and are rude.
