PARKING INFORMATION
Parking decals are available to purchase for all Juniors and Seniors for $20. You may pay for your decal using MySchool fees or you can pay with cash or check.
Sophomores may turn in required paperwork and will be placed on the waiting list.
Paperwork you will need to bring:
- a copy of your receipt
- a copy of your Driver’s license
- a copy of your proof of insurance
- a completed parking application
Myschool fees - Please make sure you enter your student’s name in the space when checking out. If you are purchasing decals for more than one student please to complete a separate transaction for each student

Decals will be assigned and distributed after the first week of school. Decals cannot be transferred to another student or vehicle.
Remember, you will not be issued a decal if you have any outstanding fees (course fees, textbook fines, etc).
MySchool Fees - Online Payment System to pay for Fees
Course Fees will be available to pay online from July 25th to August 31st.
Parking Decals will be available to pay online starting July 24th.
Directions for accessing and paying on MySchool Fees:
- Go to https://sparkmanhigh.mcssk12.org/
- Select “Resources”
- Select “MySchoolFees”
- Select “Category”
- Pick “Course” and add to Cart (Repeat as needed)
- Once all categories have been selected, hit “Checkout” button and follow instructions for payment. (Do not check use billing information to create a MySchoolFees.com account)
- Click on who will “own Public Fees” and designate if the funds are for the same recipient or several recipients
- If funds are for the same recipient, identify the recipient by typing in the recipient’s name.
- If funds are for several recipients, identify the recipient by typing in the recipient’s name for each category.
- Submit and continue.
- Follow instructions to checkout
The Senator Yearbook is currently on sale for $75. Books may be purchased at Myschoolfees.com or in Room 127 before or after school.
The Senior group photo will take place on Friday, November 2 at 8:30 in Gym 1.

Sparkman Marching Senators
Congratulations the Sparkman Band on their 6th place finish at the Band of America competition in Orlando, Florida!
Sparkman Cross Country Team
Last Saturday, October 6th the Senators Cross Country team competed in the Guntersville Invitational.
We have FOUR JV athletes placing in the top 10 in their divisions today. Patrick Moody not only set a new PR but WON the JV Boy’s race beating 2nd place by 14 seconds!
Congratulations Pat. In the same race, Andy Hoggard finished a strong 8th. While in the Girl’s JV race it was Samantha Menikheim placing 5th with Esther Stokes 7th. Great race Senators!
Overall the team had EIGHT new Personal Records (PR) set. Setting new PRs were; 7th graders Samantha Menikheim and Emma Saalwaechter, 8th grader Abby Saalwaechter, Freshmen Robin Key, Patrick Moody and Daniel Hoverdale and Seniors Maria Mastando and Adam Depew.

Huntsville Metro/Madison County Championship meet. The Boys defended their title and once again became the Madison County CHAMPIONS! The Girls team gave it their all and came up just short finishing second to Buckhorn. It was an exciting meet for our Senators.
In spite of the cold rain, the team had 19 new Personal Records (PRs). This meet was different that it was 2 meets in one, there were overall finishers Huntsville Metro meet and then the Madison County competition all in one race. This means everyone had two finishing places.
County boys’ race was John David 2nd , Freshman Patrick Moody 3rd , Seniors Adam Thomas 4th and Lee Smira 5th , Juniors Omar Myers 7th and Jacob Soler 8th with Freshman Andy Hoggard rounding out the top 10. Setting PRs for the Boys were Patrick Moody, Lee Smira, Jacob Soler, Adam Depew, Daniel Hovermale, Brody Wallace, Jack Caffall, Zach Kelley, Taylor Guess, Andy Purcell, Craig Kelly and Jacob Hill.
In the Girls 5K, placing in the Top 10 in the County were MMS 7th grader Samantha Menikheim 8 h , Junior Lauren White 9th and Senior Caroline Moody 10th . Setting new PRs were Samantha Menikheim, Lauren White, Olivia Stout, Kaylie Ocampo, Afton Hopkins, Emma Saalwaechter and Abby Saalwaechter.
